My approach blends coaching, strategic thinking and very practical problem‑solving. It’s human, honest and focused on what you need in the moment rather than a fixed framework.

My clients grow; every single one of them. All have achieved more than 20 percent year‑on‑year growth, and one long‑term client has grown 700 percent in three years, where I now support them as internal coach and fractional Chief of Staff for their 35‑person team.
